We then notify the seller to see if the item is still available. If the item is still available, we contact the buyer and advise them of price and availability. We then purchase the item from the seller and ship it to the buyer.

What does NOS stand for? 

NOS is an abbreviation for New Old Stock. This means the item is a new genuine original manufacturer item, although no longer available from the manufacturer. Packaging may be worn or soiled, due to age, but products are new, never used or installed.. Instructions are included. Items are sold "AS IS"  - No credit - No returns - No Exceptions.

What does USED mean? 

USED means items were working when removed. Item may show signs of wear, age, oxidation, and will not be in original manufacturer's packaging. Instructions are included.  Used items may not contain mounting hardware, Items are sold "AS IS"  - No credit - No returns - No Exceptions.

What is shelf wear?

Shelf wear is when normal movement in the box, or just age has produced some wear. Packaging may be worn or soiled, due to age.

What does working mean? 

Working means that the item was removed from a system that was in working condition when the item was removed. This usually occurs  when a system is upgraded. Items are sold "AS IS"  - No credit - No returns - No Exceptions.
